The three trainings I have done with Paul & Suzee Grilley have been at Land of Medicine Buddha, a Buddhist retreat center near Santa Cruz, a little over an hour south of San Francisco. LMB, as it is called, is located in the middle of a beautiful redwood forest on the side of mountain. The grounds are peaceful and full of plants, flowers and natural beauty. Over the last three years this place has become like a second home to me and I am very happy to be spending some time here for the next few weeks.
